Article 3 ‑ Acceptance of orders ‑ Any order: Pool kit, Accessories or spare parts is only recorded if it is sent to us by post with the agreed payment or directly by orders on our website with secure payment by credit card.

All the dimensions necessary for custom manufacturing (liner, tarpaulin, automatic shutter, etc.) are provided by the customer. In the event of an error, he will be solely responsible.

If the equipment ordered cannot be delivered following a change of model or production stoppage at our supplier, or any other reason, the customer will have the choice to accept in exchange other equipment that we will offer them. This modification may be accompanied by an increase or reduction if the characteristics are not identical. Article 4 ‑ Price ‑ The prices communicated are given in Euros, VAT included. The prices indicated on the website may be updated at any time.

On the other hand, when a personalized offer has been made, it remains valid for 3 weeks from the date of date of quote. Item 6 ‑ Port. Deliveries. Delivery times are always given as an indication and cannot bind us. We do not accept any late fees. Our goods are subject to all precautions when packaging and travel at the recipient's risk, even when they are sent free of charge. The buyer undertakes to release the carrier only after ensuring that the goods are complete and in perfect condition. In the event of damage, damage or shortages noted upon receipt of the goods by the buyer, the latter in accordance with the law, in particular the provisions of articles 105 et seq. of the commercial code.

Deliveries are made at the bottom of the building or in front of the gate for individual houses. No handling operations (including deliveries upstairs) or installation will not be carried out by the carrier. The customer is responsible for storage and the delivery of the items to his home.

Article 7 ‑ Reservation of title ‑ In accordance with legal provisions, the transfer of ownership of the delivered goods does not only occurs on the day of full payment of the price of the said goods.

However, the risks are transferred to the customer, as soon as the goods are made available to him, to that of one of his agents or to that of the carrier.

Article 8 ‑ Return of material ‑ The customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

In general, our equipment is guaranteed for ONE YEAR except:

- Liners: the guarantee is TEN YEARS DEGRESSIVE on the welds and on the sheet under normal conditions of use. Snags, holes, tears, stains, color retention and creases cannot be guaranteed. A liner that does not conform to the dimensions must be returned immediately. As soon as the parts to be sealed have been put in water or cut, the liner is deemed to be compliant and accepted by the buyer. Water treatment that does not comply with DDASS requirements will result in the warranty being voided. The use of copper sulfate or its derivative is strictly prohibited. This guarantee is limited to supplies from our Company. It consists of the repair by us, in our workshops, of manufacturing and material defects. The costs of removal, reinstallation, transport as well as felt, water and treatment products are excluded from the guarantee.

- Note relating to the installation of the liner: The installation temperature must be between 15°C and 25°C, the pool must be permeable, clean, smooth and free of materials incompatible with the membrane: paint, rubber , tars, adhesive containing solvents. The support must receive a special biocidal treatment. The markers and glues must be compatible with the liner and approved by our services. Undersizing the liner is imperative to carry out a suitable installation, this results in a variable void in the angles between the structure and the membrane. ‑ Iso thermal blankets: 2 summer seasons with a 50% reduction. These covers must be protected by a protective tarpaulin when they are rolled up on the roller and must be protected from frost during wintering. wear caused by friction against coping is not guaranteed.The product is subject to dimensional variations (+/-2%) depending on the temperature. ‑ Waterproof winter covers: 2 winter seasons. Snags, holes, tears, as well as wear resulting from friction on the copings cannot be guaranteed. Color fastness is not guaranteed.

- Bar covers: 3-year warranty in normal use (membrane, aluminum profiles). Mechanical parts and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months (crank, eyebolts, tensioners, plastic reinforcements to protect the coping). Damage due in particular to: poor assembly, abnormal friction and in particular rough edges, an excess of snow of more than 10 cm, as well as strong winds are not guaranteed.

- Automatic covers: PVC slats and winding mechanics: 3 years, electrical equipment (reducer motor, electric box: 1 year).

- Wooden swimming pool: The structure of our wooden swimming pools comes from red pines from the Northern regions (excluding coping: Exotic wood). Class 4 treatment is in full compliance with current European standards. The wood warranty is 10 years. In the case of an in-ground or semi-buried swimming pool, it is obligatory to position stones and protection between the structure and the disbursement, otherwise the warranty will be voided. The warranty consists only of the replacement of defective boards.

- Filtration pumps: 1 year (unless otherwise specified). Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts such as: bearings, mechanical seal, seals, basket, turbine, etc. The electric motor loses its warranty in the event of poor connection or flooding.

Article 10 - Resolutive conditions and penalty clauses.
