A polyester shell is easy and quick to install. In fact, it takes approximately 3 days for installation while some pools may require 10 to 30 days. Our manufacturer uses a 100% Vinyester BARRIER COAT, a guarantee of quality on the hulls. This greatly increases the quality of the hulls. Please note that very few hull manufacturers use it because it costs double compared to the standard BARRIER COAT.

Difference between the ECO and LUXE kit.
The ECO kit includes the shell and the parts to be sealed. Distripool offers you LUXE filtration. This includes the shell with integrated pipes as well as theentire swimming pool piping system integrated and protected with resin and fiber. Our manufacturer is one of the only ones to place the pool pipes at the time of manufacturing, this allows us to avoid drilling the shell for the positioning of the pipes once the manufacture of the pool hull is finished. Our hulls leave the factory with the pipes integrated into the pool, which, ultimately, makes leaks due to a defect in the silicone, ABS of the pipes or their installation impossible. In addition, the pipes are directly glued to the hull, which provides the customer with additional safety. Thanks to this manufacturing process, leakage problems are practically impossible.

Our "pallet box" kits are above-ground filtration from the HAYWARD brand which is placed on an L-shaped plate. You can install it against the wall of your garage or your cabin. New for 2024: Ecological filtration
TheECOLOGICAL filtration system in kit: To be assembled by you
In the world of swimming pools for years, most of installers will install a sand filter (which consumes a lot of water). In this kit, we made a different choice. We use cartridge filtration which will filter better than a sand filter. And above all it consumes much less water. In addition we add a HYDROSPIN pre-filter to be installed in the technical room. It allows you to reduce the frequency of your filter washing (even less water consumption).
In addition, we provide a very trendy variable speed pump in eco-responsible swimming pools. In fact, it reduces electricity consumption. It makes less noise than a traditional pump and it filters the water better.
The manufacturing quality of our polyester hulls
Our
hull manufacturer strives to be at the forefront of technology
level of manufacturing in order to provide a reinforced, solid and
perfectly waterproof. For this we systematically use:
A high quality Gelcoat ISO-NPG quality gel coat, manufactured by the Dorcorning company, thus ensuring high reliability to the gelcoat layer.
- A layer of Barriecoat of vinyl ester resin, produced by a German company, which prevents osmosis problems which could appear on the hull. This layer is applied using an Airless machine and deposits a minimum thickness of 1,000 microns, thus creating an anti-osmosis barrier.
- Several layers of Mat 450 powder and Allimat with 900/450 fabric, mixed with ISOstalic resins. For the finish, polyurethane reinforcements are placed, sprayed with resin and Roving.
- Once manufacturing is complete, we apply an additional layer of polyurethane with a thickness of 2cm to protect the exterior of the pool and, in this way, increase from 3 to 5 degrees the water temperature in your swimming pool thanks to high-performance thermal insulation.
