Preparation of the support.

Good preparation of the support is completely fundamental since it is on this that depends , to a large extent, the finish of the installation. Any support, whatever it may be, must have the following characteristics: Cleanliness, stability, humidity level below 3% and smooth, flat and regular surface.

Choice of the most suitable adhesive material.

Taking into account that the glazed mosaic has a practically zero level of absorption and that it can be installed both indoors and outdoors, it is advisable to use an adhesive material that or at least, C2TE classification. Glue mixing must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided in this matter by the manufacturer. Spread the paste using a 6 mm notched spatula as evenly and regularly as possible.

ezarri recommends the use of joints belonging to class CG2. For places requiring a certain chemical asepsis or high resistance to humidity, epoxy joints belonging to class RG should preferably be used.
The mixing of the glue must be carried out in accordance with the indications provided in this matter by the manufacturer. Apply the paste using a flexible rubber spatula, making sure to carefully remove excess paste.
