Bare exchanger construction
The fully equipped Vulcan heat exchanger has been designed with high-quality materials and components. superior quality in the Elecro factory in Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
The heat exchanger is mounted on two adjustable supports, which allow fixing to the floor or wall.
The "bare" heat exchanger is delivered with:
- 2 x 1'' connexions primaires mâle/mâle en laiton
- 1 x 1'' check valve
- Titanium sheath for thermostat
- 1 x Cap & gasket (for the non-thermostat side)
The Vulcan heat exchanger has been designed to allow the installer to choose the direction of circulation of the primary and secondary circuits, to allow a saving maximum energy. This is accomplished by diverting the primary (hot) circuit in the opposite direction to the secondary (pool) circuit.
Use
The Vulcan heat exchanger is installed in the heating circuit. filtration of the swimming pool since the water passes through the titanium tubes of the exchanger. Water from the primary heating circuit flows counter-current through the outside of the pipe and thus heats the water.
Vulcan heat exchangers are ideal for use with gas or gas boilers. oil, solar panels, heat or cooling pumps.
