How to access your swimming pool?
Access is at the intersection of two sections: The modules are attached to each other by safety latches. To open, it is necessary to bring the two end posts together by pulling on the tension with the left hand and to open the latch with the other hand, therefore, two operations at the same time. By removing the right stake from the ground, we obtain an opening of 1m on the right and the same for the left. The manufacturer also offers an optional range ofautomatic gate (optional)
The Beethoven: completely removable!
In the same way that a cover must be removed or the alarm turned off, when swimming, it is perfectly authorized by the standard to remove a barrier if the swimming pool is supervised by an adult. Some people want to remove their barrier for the winter and put it back in season: no problem with the Beethoven barrier. Once removed, the aesthetics of your floor are preserved! In fact, there are no stakes or ground fixing plates left and the sleeve covers are there to plug the holes.
The Beethoven: How to get your estimate?
Here are some plans for a standard installation. What we are trying to show you is that for aesthetic reasons, it is better to take the largest sections possible. If you have a section of 12 m. you will need to take 2 sections of 6 m and not 12 sections of 1 m. In addition you must always finish a right angle with one section and start with a new section in the other right angle. This makes installation easier.
As you see in the plan above, you can make a rounded area with a section to cover a swimming pool with a Roman staircase. We recommend limiting this type of installation as much as possible. A Beethoven swimming pool barrier can be installed at any distance from the edge of the pool. There is no standard on this subject. We recommend placing it at 1 m. On the other hand, the only thing you must check is that there is no support point less than 1.10 m from a low wall or the like. See diagram.
The Beethoven: installation on all types of floors!
The manufacturer has provided sleeves adapted to the nature of the ground: concrete slab, earth, wood etc.... In the basic kit, we provide standard sleeves with a diameter of 16 mm for slabs. Consult us.
It often happens that the Beethoven fence is installed between 2 fixed points. If you install the barrier on a wall of at least 1.10 m, you must order an additional safety latch which will be hooked to it. If you are starting from an empty area (hedge, empty), you will need to order a complete support stake.
The Beethoven: Two diameters!
Beethoven offers you 2 ground drilling diameters, the 30 mm diameter which is recommended for windy areas, defective ground and installation on ground.... The 16 mm diameter is recommended for a traditional installation made by an individual because this diameter is achievable with a traditional drill. This is not the case for 30 mm.
Without specification to the contrary, distripool will put the barriers in 16 mm diameter. (if you want 30 mm, there is no added value, you must specify this in the "comments" of your online basket.
