The MOUV AND ROLL mechanism

Mobile structure with 2 lacquered legs mounted on casters and a reinforcing crossbar.

The color of the structure is of your choice, without added value, in White / Sand / Light Gray, (Available in Anthracite Gray with added value).

1 Anodized aluminum axle

1 motor tubular with end of stroke management system.

1 3-position key switch

1 integrated solar panel

2x 3 ml stainless steel rail to guide the casters on the side

Power supply: solar with integrated photovoltaic panel and regulator

maximum pool width = 6.00 m

The MOUV & ROLL is intended for swimming pools up to 6m x 12m.

The Ø140mm axle is positioned at a height of 360mm above the deck.

The 80 or 200 N.m drive motor ( depending on the size of the pool: < 8x4 / < 12x6), located in the axis, is fixed in the terminal equipped with a key button.

The motor is powered by batteries which are recharged by a solar panel.

The end of stroke adjustment is made by simply pressing the “push” button

Concerning the apron and the slats that compose it:

Opaque PVC slats available in color (Sand / Gray / blue) = 7% additional added value than white slats

73 mm slats - thickness 17 mm.

Anti-stain and anti-UV treated PVC

At each end of the blade, welded plugs ensure the tightness of the apron.

THE APRON is made up of articulated opaque and waterproof PVC slats which float on the surface of the water.No need for guide rail.The size of the apron must be less than the width of the pool, in order to leave sufficient clearancefor the slats.

Security system:

The standard requires that the apron be fixed at the end of the pool using safety straps.

There are 2 types of fixing, wall fixing or level fixing.

Fixing on the level is mandatory in the case of polyester, polystyrene swimming pools, and generally pools under construction..

Optional: installation throughout France

Distripool offers installation at your home by technicians from manufacturer of this shutter.

Installation is done on the same day as delivery.

1: Assembly of the structure assembly

 Assemble the 2 feet on the square tubes 100 x 100 x 500

 Fix the 4 wheels on the square tubes

Mount the 140 diameter motor shaft on the 2 terminals.

Position the 80 x 80 square counter-axis and fix it on the 2 100 x 100 x 500 square tubes

2: Assembling the blades

For to fit one blade into another, first engage the lower hook of the male part of the right blade (fi g.1) in the groove of the left blade. Repeat this movement until the blade is completely engaged (fi g.2).

Attach the first strip of blade fitted with the winding straps. Equally distribute the lateral play of the apron

4.8x30 self-drilling screws, screw the 3 straps onto the mast.

The skis allow you to orient the last slat of the shutter to facilitate unwinding
