The base layer of your swimming pool kit with deck
The granules of SBR comes from the used tire recycling sector. It can be used as a cushioning underlay.
Regular particle size analysis using a sieve guarantees regular and constant material. Particle size: size between 4 and 7 mm.

The finishing layer: effect lagoon in your garden
Then you must apply the sub-finish: Colored EPDM granules.
The EPDM granules come from selected EPDM rubber waste, from which the origin mainly comes from the automotive sector, such as: rubber seals for windows, trims, etc. This waste is then recycled by being crushed at room temperature.

Advantage of our LUXE granules :Our flexible EPDM floors comply with the EN 1177 standard. Shock-absorbing and stable, they ensure safety in the event of a fall. The pellets are manufactured in Northern Europe and their manufacturing complies with very precise specifications allowing the products to be reliable and resistant to UV and extreme climatic conditions. An EPDM granule must contain more than 20% elastomer content. This ensures good elasticity as well as better properties.
In addition we coat the SBR aggregates with aquaRESIST resin. This process called encapsulation prevents recycled black rubber from contaminating water with PAHs (hydrocarbon residues) and giving off odors

IMPORTANT! Sand lagoon effect: In the kit, you have EPDM SAND granules. We use an Aliphatic resin for the granule topcoat which helps maintain the original color of the granule and prevents discoloration.

When you have finished your earthworks, you must place 350 gr/m² felt over the entire support.

Depending on the dimensions of your swimming pool with deck, you will have a specific number of parts. It is placed directly after having done your earthworks. You will need to seal them with concrete then pass the pipes to go to the filtration room from your skimmers, discharges, bottom drain and projector.
