Assembly instructions for our FREE SWIM belt?
1: Attach FREE SWIM to a fixed and solid point located near the pool: Piton, stainless steel ladder or others. Note that a piton loop is also included in the pack.
2: Fasten the neoprene belt around your waist. For a CRAWL swim, breaststroke, ensure that the strap connecting the elastic to the belt is well positioned in the middle of the back. On the other hand, for a BACKstroke swim, you must put the ring in the front in the middle.
3: Start swimming or doing your exercises.
