Order process

Etape 1 : Votre panier

You have made your choices and selected “add to basket”. You can add an item at any time, return to the store or validate your basket.

Step 2: Identification or creation of an account

Step 3: Delivery

Step 4: Payment and order summary

You view the summary of your order. You can modify the different elements of your order.

If you have sufficient loyalty points, you can use them. The discount is immediately applied.

You select the payment method you wish to use to pay for your order.

For any payment by bank card, the transaction is automatically redirected and taken into account by the bank's computer system.

Step 5 confirmation

A confirmation of the registration of the order and its payment is then notified to you. You will also receive this information by email.

A few days later...

Your order is delivered

You receive a confirmation telling you:

  • The departure date of your order

  • The parcel number

You can access your account by logging in and thus view your orders, print your invoice, change your contact details
