2. You will receive a confirmation email to tell you the procedure
3. My package is received then checked
4. If I have chosen the exchange: Within 24 hours the item requested as a replacement is sent back (while stocks last).
   If I chose reimbursement under credit, it is sent to me via a promotional code by email.
   If I chose reimbursement of my payment, it is made within 7 to 10 days via the payment method I chose during my purchase.
